Outcomes: First red flag variation approval under the new biobanking legislation / bushfire protection assessment.

Our work on this project saw Travers bushfire & ecology become the first consulting firm to gain approval for a red flag variation under the biobanking legislation from the Director General of the Office of Environment & Heritage in January 2011. This project is widely recognised as a significant milestone in the application of New South Wales’ new biobanking legislative framework.
