Travers bushfire and ecology (TBE) was engaged to undertake a rapid review of the status of all approved APZ’s and to immediately implement a staged action plan in case of an imminent bushfire attack.

With the risk of a fire front predicted to impact surrounding bushland, the plan included:

  • Complete any urgent works.
  • Improve existing fire defences.
  • Coordinate all contracted works on site.
  • Contractors supervised and audited.
  • Complete works to high standard since lives depended on it.
