Fuel management plans prepared & budgets allocated
Across RSL Lifecare facilities, TBE undertook fuel management inspections of all ageing buildings and reviewed development approvals.
Including:
- Fuel management plans to prioritise and direct external APZ fuel reduction works.
- Significantly improving bushfire risks even in the newest approved buildings.
- Landscaping and ground management contracts updated to focus on priority actions.
- Reduced risk of flame attack on existing buildings.
