You’re about to register as a sub-contractor with TBE environmental. We are really looking forward to you becoming part of the TBE family.

On this page are the steps you will be taken through, and the required documents needed to complete the form. 

Please read carefully as the registration process cannot be finalised until all sections are complete.

Why are we doing this?

  • We have reached a turning point in our company growth where we are seeking other consultants to undertake works that we cannot internally resource.
  • We are seeking partnerships with other consultants to build a network of highly professional consultants that we can refer to our clients as needed.
  • We are now responsible for the management of projects that require quotations and tenders to be submitted on a competitive basis.
  • There is a growing trend for skilled individuals who seek flexibility of work and lifestyle on a contract basis.

How will you be represented?

  • We will acknowledge you as the principle contractor undertaking the work.
  • Your work will not be used in a manner to discredit you.
  • Any matters requiring amendment e.g. reporting will be with your approval.
  • You retain the intellectual property and copyright.

Why Apply?

  • Once your evaluation is complete, you will pre-qualify for work on projects where your services may be required.
  • You will have access to the Sub-contractors members page where you can keep all your documentation, services and rates with us up to date.
  • You will be able to upload your invoices to have direct access to our accounts department.
  • Submit evaluations regarding jobs and projects you’ve worked on.

How to apply?

  1. Check the documents needed for Registration, under the “What you will need section” on this page.
  2. Fill out the form below, and put your Username and Password in a safe place.
  3. Follow the prompts in the Sub-Contractor application form, and upload the required documents.
  4. Once complete you will have full access the Sub-contractor Members area (Please bookmark our Member Page for quick access)

What you will need

The following are the required information and documentation needed to complete registration:

  1. Current Drivers Licence for proof of identity;
  2. All services and rates you or you company wish to provide to TBE;
  3. Two(2) Referees;
  4. Capability Statement or Curriculum Vitae;
  5. Public Liability and Licences required to do the services you listed;
  6. At least one qualification you have completed to do the services you have listed.

The following are optional:

  1. A company logo (this will be uploaded to your members page)
  2. Yours or your company’s Payment terms and conditions, if you have them.
  3. Insurances and any other documentation needed to do the services listed. ( N.B. Some documentation is not required within the form, however if you have listed a service that needs a specific licence you will not qualify for any work through TBE until is is uploaded)
